Umpqua Community Health Clinic is a nonprofit organization governed by a volunteer board of directors. The board membership consists of a majority who are also patients of the clinic and who reflect the demographics of the total patients served by the clinic. The board is responsible for setting policy and managing their only employee, the chief executive officer, who oversees day-to-day operations.
